It is very different from skin brushing and this works. I was also concerned about how much pressure I would have to use or would it be too difficult for my wrists and hands to use. It is very easy to use and it has been very effective. I see results with each use. I read other reviews and saw that people suggested watching youtube videos on how to massage affected areas using other products, so I did, and applied the principles to using this massager and I am very pleased. I highly recommend this product. I did not want to include before and after photos but there is a profound reduction in cellulite on my thigs.
