   I have used this for 1 week now. 1 WEEK and I already see a SIGNIFICANT improvement in my cellulite. I'm 36 and have always had some but looked in the mirror lately and was horrified to see it was from my bum to my knees and baaaad...I about cried. But then I got to looking and found this and figured it's cheap and worth a try. I have used every day for just a couple minutes when getting out of shower in combination with M3 naturals anti cellulite massage oil which I also got on here. I am bruised and in the areas I have bruised I have avoided to allow to heal, I've read the bruising will stop if you stay consistent. If your considering buying this I would absolutely recommend it.    I bought this cellulite massager along with the Anti Cellulite Treatment Massage Oil. I wasn't hoping for much, maybe slightly less of a cottage cheese look on the back of my thighs; always a problem spot for me. I can't remember the last time my legs looked so smooth - maybe in high school; before babies and life????? For sure - buy this Scala Cellulite Massager and the Anti Cellulite Massage Oil. You have to be religious with using it. I started out using both everyday - but I bruise easily, so I backed off to every other day. There were no instruction included in the package for the massager, so I YouTube'd how one would use it and you have to get pretty rough with the massager in the areas you want some action on. My between days I exfoliate and use the oil.

I love it because it is completely water proof. I have done a lot of research on fascia blasting or cellulite massage and my research leads me to believe the most effective time to do this is when your body is warm (i.e. after workout, in the shower). I can attest this is 100% accurate and true from my own experience. After one week of blasting the cellulite on my legs, they're perfectly smooth! I use this on my legs, arms and everywhere else when there are still some suds on my body because this works as a lubricant for ease of blasting. I'm telling you - consistent use of this product will get rid of your cellulite.
