I already tried all kinds of treatments for my celulite and I have a super healthy diet and exercise habits. This seems to be the best so far, I bought it a month ago and I see results! Be persistent though, it takes some time. Along with the diet and exercise I also use it with an oil.

   I love this cellulite massager! I put on lotion or body wash and then use this in circles, up, down, and all over! It feels great on my sore muscles from the gym and my 12hr shifts. It definitely helps mask the smaller superficial dimples but you need a good routine... I use it EVERY SINGLE DAY and I've seen improvement but if you skip it for a few days you will see it start to come back. But considering it does anything at all is good in my book since most cellulite products and remedies are complete lies

You need soap that really lathers in order for it to glide over your body. I tried to use it with lotion but the lotion just got all stuck in the plastic nodules.

A little shedding of bristles at first, but I didn't notice any shedding anymore after a few uses. I use it wet with soap in the shower.

You have to make sure your have oil on the skin and start with lighter pressure. After trying it at least once, you can increase the pressure to a tolerable amount. I have a high pain tolerance, so I can deal with heavy pressure and repeated use. Early on, I didn't use sufficient oil and found light bruising the following day. Thank you for this great product!

It can bruise you cut I’ve found that the more I use it the less I’ve bruised. The amount of pressure you use also plays I to it.
