   Purchased since I sit at a desk all day and have a bad back. This really stretches your back after sitting all day. I feel much better after I use this and it stretches my back. I don't think it is a back massager at all. I only have used on floor, never used while sitting at office chair. It is a little difficult to adjust the stretch. I would order again.

   I have been suffering from lower back pain for ~5 months. I have been unable to sleep at night and after several minutes of standing or sitting, I would feel my back tighten up. I visited a Chiropractor twice, and while I received some relief, it was typically short lived. I have been contemplating an inversion table, but opted to try this instead. I thought I would be able to start at level two, but could only last a minute or so. Now, I start the morning at the 1st level for 5 minutes, and then move to level 2 by midday and once more prior to bed. After one day, my back feels so much better. I hope to be able to eliminate this from my routine soon, but in the meantime, I am happy to spend a few minutes a day to get so much relief.

After 5 months I moved to the second level today and this is so great! Don’t get me wrong it is uncomfortable but in a good way. You feel so much better after!

   I feel like i throw my back out 1-2 times a year and never wanted to buy something like this because it looked cheap (like an infomercial item). I admittedly don't use it to stretch my back on the ground too often but I sit at a desk all day and even though i've been through a couple "ergonomic" chairs i never found great support. This really changes how i sit at my desk and really improved my posture which helps me move better. I've recommended to co workers since we're all at home now.

But once I got this thing I haven’t cracked my back on my own at all, no need to this thing does it for me it feels wonderful too, better than when I do it myself. I use all 3 positions depending on the day but so far my favorite is the position with the most arch. If you have lower back issues like me (not severe but definitely there) I’d highly recommend this.

   This hurt me and I should have known better. My lumbar problems are way beyond just tight muscles that require stretching. After 17 years of dealing with my chronic condition, I should have kept my money in my pocket. I also covered the hard plastic bumps with memory foam as I recognized what is a flawed design and left my lymph nodes and kinesiology meridians of energy points to themselves.

   This gadget has three levels, I used the first level daily for a little more than a week and progressed to the 2nd level for a deeper stretch. I found the deeper stretch to be more satisfying! I set a timer for 10 or so minutes. I personally don’t find the nubs uncomfortable with a thin t-shirt; but, if I did, I think a towel would suffice for displacing some of the pressure of the nubs. I highly recommend this for a nice stretch and great pain relief!
