I had read many people using poligrip to keep them in, and it worked for a while, but was very messy and a bit of a pain. I wore the teeth for Comicon, a three day event, and they looked great, but I will use a different adhesive next time to keep them in place.

Worked well. I bought fix a dent denture cream at walmart to use with these as I wasn't using anything unsafe on my sons teeth. He is 12 so I didn't know how well they would work. They were perfect for halloween as he was a werewolf. Only downfall was that he couldn't close his mouth to swallow properly, but with denture cream, worked like a charm.

I found these really easy to use. I went to a party and I was the only one able to keep my teeth on, but the key is to also use denture glue. The plastic beads just mold the fang to your tooth, but you need to add adhesive if you want to keep them on for any amount of time. Overall, I thought that these worked great. I used the medium size (15mm) but they felt large, so I may try the smaller ones next.

I didn't try wearing these, just used them on a skull to help it look demonic. Having different sizes helped sell the illusion, and once they were cemented in with some gorilla glue they are permanent (do not use gorilla glue in your mouth or the mouth of anyone else). They are very smooth, so when I wanted to make them look gross at the gumline I had to scuff the shiny finish so the faux scum could adhere (faux scum was some tan latex caulk that is paintable). The smoothness is probably a benefit if you were to wear them.

I put a 3 beads (per fang) in boiling water until they turned clear, pulled them out, formed into a pea sized ball, put it in the fang, then pressed up against my tooth! The fangs worked great for my daughters vampiress costume. The way they stay in is NOT adhesive. I see from comments some people say “the adhesive isn't sticky but like I said its NOT adhesive. It's not meant to be sticky. You use the tiny beads provided and melt them in boiling water. Squish a couple inside the fang and immediately press on your tooth. The beads will form to your tooth making a mold. I needed to add more beads to make a tight fit for her. After the mold was dry and fitting the fangs stayed on easily. She could pop them off and put them right back on with no issues. They lasted through the whole night of school carnival and trunk or treat with no problem.
