It took some practice finding a rhythm and I found having the weight closer to my body helped a lot. It came with a free cold towel which is lovely after use and a sweat/workout band, now this I love! It helps aid in perspiration which goes towards shedding that weight. I use this wrapped tight around the midsection during use this also helps keep the hoop horizontal because if it tips the weight struggles to go around smoothly. Plus when that happens it can pinch the skin quite sharply so using the band is like a protective barrier. Have noticed a slight slimming around the waist hopefully if I continue use it will remove a bit of belly fat which as we all know can be pretty aggravating and stubborn to shed! It's fun to use too, use it whilst watching your fave programme and the time flies by!
