It holds a small wallet, my mask, and keys well. I can shove my iPhone 11 in too and it fits tightly but doesn't affect the shape much. I doubt anything bigger would fit. I read reviews that said the strap was short, I'm about 5'3" and the shark ends a little lower than my elbow. It's not uncomfy on me, but if you have a longer torso you might want to look into a different strap
