I tried the knee pillow and it worked okay but it was a bit too thick and cumbersome. Also, my feet seemed to be gnashing together somehow. This support is PERFECT as far as I'm concerned. I don't use the strap but it doesn't bother me either way. It's just the right width, length (I'm 5'7" and have relatively long legs, and thickness. I do think it may be a bit warm in the summer, but if you have the A/C on, it should be fine. No more back pain, no more knee pain, no more feet pain! Thank god for companies like this that make this stuff.

I have a lower back injury that makes getting comfortable almost impossible, and this pillow gives support where needed. It helps relieve my pain and allow me to lay comfortable and keeps me from tossing and turning and waking up through out the night which allows me to sleep a little better. I was a little indifferent about the leg strap, but I don't feel it and it doesn't interfere with anything and keeps the pillow in place instead of ending up on the floor like my old pillows would.
