You do need to download the snore circle app but it is simple and actually Walks you through the steps one by one and is very simple to set up and activate. It provides you with so much information that you really would never know or be able to obtain without this app and apparatus. It is small and lightweight along with being portable you can put it in your pocket , toiletry bag even your briefcase. It can be used at home, the office or just about anywhere the plane, railway or even just long distance rides Even hunting camp. It is comparable with Bluetooth 4.0and works continuously while you are sleeping and monitors you without you knowing the difference. No interruption in your sleep pattern but gives you all the information when awake. Great for medical records and letting doctors know what is happening during your slumber time.
