When I had mine, I knew there must be something that made that loud, repetitious noise for you. Well this is it. Works well as a white noise machine when your wee one is a bit older but when they’re young, the shoosher is amazing. Very adjustable volume, small and portable, the only thing it was missing was Bluetooth control (which I’m sure is coming). Battery changes require a screw removal, but you need that for something that will live In your wee ones room. We use it to this day and our little one is almost 2. I give it to every expectant mom I know.

It's quick, light and portable. The shusher keeps bedtimes and nap-times consistent no matter where our child is sleeping. Also, its indestructible. My kid has thrown it many times and it survives. It always helps him calm down and stop crying and is a helpful cue for nap/bedtime. I do wish it didn’t shut off after 30 min, but I have a cheap sound machine that stays on that I just turn on along with the Shusher and by the time the Shusher shuts off the sound machine is enough white noise to keep him asleep.
