   It’s called “Die Lithium Grease” stappit with your “negligence to quality control blablabla” y’all sound like a “Karen” who thinks she knows what she’s talking about, but literally has NO CLUE why the grease is even there. It’s to make the device function! There’s two little brass tabs under the cap that need to be pushed “using the cap” and the “die electric grease” HELPS this happen. So before jumping to conclusions, let’s all eat a snickers, and goose frava..... this shusher, literally kept my wife and I “sane “ while having both twins be extremely colic their entire 4 months of living outside of mommies tummy. Heck we still use it EVERY car ride. EVERY night. EVERY SINGLE DAY we use it. Multiple times a day. I need to order another one now just because we broke ours dropping it wile dealing with TWINS! I came in here to read good reviews but all I see are in educated people with zero knowledge on how “electricity works throughout a twist switch” it does not amaze me, the world is FULL of Karen’s, and FULL of “know it all’s” who have never stepped foot in an engineering class, nor a manufacturing floor, to know what “mechanical engineering 101” even looks like.    I bought the baby shusher in February, in anticipation of my grandson’s birth in July. When it arrived, I tucked it away and forgot about it. I started babysitting my grandson full-time when he was three months old, and for a month I struggled with his fussing and crying. Then I ran across the shusher and tried it on him. It worked beautifully and I was kicking myself that we had not been using it all along! When he was six months old, he started daycare. His first day was difficult. He barely slept an hour, so my daughter took the baby shusher and left it with him in the baby room on the second day. The daycare workers loved it! Not only did my grandson go to sleep, but so did the seven other babies in the room, all at the same time! The workers told my daughter how well it worked and asked if she could leave it there every day! I think that’s the best endorsement it can get!
