This mask cleared everything up, I don’t wear makeup most days now. I believe the science behind this is indisputable. However, I know there are different kinds of acne so I can’t say it would work for everybody. My acne is GONE. I am working on the scaring (post hyper pigmentation) which is common for people with darker complexions. I am now doing pro-active blue sessions of 15-20 minutes a few times a week (sitting up watching tv with the mask on). I figure I’m just sitting there anyway! I have also received lots of compliments on how “radiant” or “luminous” my skin looks. I’m to the point where I don’t have to wear make-up to cover the acne or scaring... YAH!

I'm surprised but the biggest change is that the melasma on my lower cheeks and forehead has almost disappeared in 6 weeks of use. I'm on topicals for melasma - Musely Spot cream (which definitely helps with regular use - has high 12%hydroquinone and tretinoin with other ingredients), lactic acid, etc -- and these help but even with sunscreen Im always dealing with at least a little melasma, in the summer months especially.

I've been using my mask daily for about two weeks, and I didn't expect much, but I can see a real difference in my facial skin. My skin looks so smooth, and the pores are smaller, and a few annoying zits have disappeared. I'm in my mid-50's and have not yet noticed an improvement in the wrinkles, but I read somewhere that it takes 8 weeks for that, so I'm going to keep at it. I started at 5 minutes per color and have worked up slowly to 20 minutes for red and 10 minutes each for the other two if I have the time. The first time I increased it to 20 minutes, I did feel woozy afterward, but that has not happened again. My skin feels a little dry and tight immediately afterward, but I use a moisturizer and my skin feels great. The mask did come with a little bottle of collagen/protein skin gel. The gel is nice, but I use my regular brand and it works fine.
