   I ordered one of these and the white v-neck version. I am trying to correct my poor posture and I have a long sleeve compression shirt and it makes me stand up straight. I wanted that same type of effect for the summer. This shirt fit the bill. While it doesn't work as well as the long sleeve version it still helps and I can wear this all season

   I purchased this shirt a few weeks ago and have worn it a few brief times since then. Today it is quite a bit cooler outside and I was wearing short sleeves to work. I decided to wear this shirt under my dress shirt. This shirt feels great and is actually keeping me warmer than normal (I am a very skinny guy). I took the warnings of others and purchased one size larger (Large) than my normal shirts (Medium). That was a vital piece of information. I have no idea how I could have fit into a Medium.

   Love these shirts, I'm a big guy so it makes wearing tee shirts with confidence. Yeah I could work out but why if I can squeeze all the goodness. I usually wear a 2x or 3x tall in shirts I got this is a large. Fits nice, remember it's a compression shirt so it hugs that body. If you don't like your body being squeezed by a very weak anaconda all day then opt out of this.

   There's been a lot of discussion here as to the proper fit of this shirt. I agree with those who recommend getting your normal size. The caveat is: compression. That's what it was designed for. (Hence, its name). I wear an XL T-shirt, and was almost convinced, based on numerous reviews here, to order an extra size up. I'm glad I didn't. That would have defeated the whole purpose. I can only suggest that your particular choice depends on what you want this shirt to do. Mine does just what I intended and expected. It's a little pricey, granted, but it's in a class by itself.
