When we first got this camera we were less than thrilled that it didn't seem to work with our wifi. It said specifically on it that it wouldn't work with 5G WiFi. We figured it out after googling some info about our router and finding out that there is an option for transmitting at the lower strength. It works really well in our daughters room as a night time camera. The picture is super clear and the red light is not bothersome at all (it's actually a whole lot dimmer than our other monitor camera that we had previously). It's fun to be able to check in when she is home with a babysitter and in bed. The camera moves well with the touch screen and we haven't noticed any thing that would make it difficult to use. The only thing we noted was that the camera app seemed to crash on our phones when we updated it. It actually froze my iphone while I was downloading it. That might have just been a fluke, but we had to do a hard reset on it to get it unfrozen. Overall, a really great camera that works well and is easy to use. Worth the money in my opinion.

I actually purchased three since they're reasonably priced. Set up took a while which isn't difficult to do at all, it's the connection part to sync with your phone that takes a long time. I had problems pairing two cameras at the same time but both are working now. The audio is probably the best part of it since it's much louder & clearer than the Zmodo/meshare cameras I use. Camera quality could be better and clearer. The motors used to rotate the camera are very quiet which surprised me. To save anything, you do need a micro SD card and once you do, it saves a good amount of long clips whenever motion is sensed. The only downside about it is that the motion sensing doesn't give you the option of a zone to draw out (chosing certain areas of a room to sense when there's movement, like the Zmodo/meshare cameras do) I assume because it rotates that it doesn't have this option. Overall I do like it and probably will buy a few more down the line.

My usage is in my daughters home which includes 2 floors 3500 sq ft, with 3 cats, soon to be adding 2 Golden retriever puppies. I live behind the house in what is known as a carriage house, but no one in the main house during the day and we needed a method of watching the critters. I can monitor both cameras on the network, so that i can intervene if there is a problem They are so easy to move around. With the PTZ feature, we can monitor the whole house and observe if there them. Retriever puppies dont get into any trouble do they? Not. I am really happy with these cameras and at that price, I will buy more. Maybe an outdoor model? IP66 I think would be great.

I also love that you can talk to your subjects too. Very easy setup too. I love the remote access as well. I liked it. So opened the other one to set up. Same ease. Love it. I just ordered a 3rd one. Of note, I will say it has a little static when viewing on the app when the volume is up. Nothing annoying but just wish it was a silent view. All in all, great product. Especially for the money. Oh, one more thing, it doesn't work with the echo dot. Just the echo show. I only have the dot so working with that would be a nice feature. That way i could use the speaker to emit the sound through. Because of course the dot has a louder speaker. And of course, alexa can control the camera. But for the price, and what you do get, you cant beat it. Happy customer.

The night vision is awesome and is automatic, I have the motion detection set up so when I scrolling thru videos (taken in half hour intervals) it has a notification on videos where there was motion detected. I loved it so much I bought a 2nd one for my daughter to watch my granddaughters when they are playing and she is in another room. We can speak thru our phones to get anyone's attention from anywhere (she uses that for dog when he tries to get on furniture when she leaves lol), we can use or mute the volume to hear what's going on, we can move the camera more than 180 degrees if we need to all at our fingertips. This product stuck out more to me because it offered night vision, which not all cameras have (even though they should). When I look for a security camera, it is basically required to have motion detection for obvious reasons that I need to know when something other than my dog is moving in my house. I mainly use this security camera to watch the dog walkers who come into my house who come twice a week and I may/may not have things I value. I bought this one specifically because its really able to angle the direction towards the door that I want it to without the person noticing too much. I've bought other cameras at this price range and most of them aesthetically don't look as good as this model. This product makes the most of my home security experience and plus it's nice to spy on my little dog from all angles of the house since dog cameras are even more pricy.

I point mine at my Entry door and can easily see on the Video when people come and go and the exact time they did it. I like the intercom you can greet the person that just walked it and scare the crap out of them! I also use a Door Detector that alerts me somebody came in and then pull up my Camera. You can Pan around.. This camera would be really cool mounted on the ceiling. I bought the Cloud space just to try it. Soo far what a great investment. Remember this is an indoor Camera. I would probably invest in my own internal cloud space that would be better then paying for it. If you use the sim card somebody could walk off with your footage. I'm not sure how well the night vision works yet. Soo far I'm am very pleased with this investment.

Well I wish I could control the volume on the camera but it's good, pretty loud. Very easy to set up. My problem is the app. It kicks you out if another user updates or adds a camera. I updated the app on a iPhone XR and added a camera using my phone and it kicked my husband out of the app he has an android(I don't remember his) he's traveling for work and he doesn't like to tinker with apps so I'll have to wait for him to get back and log back in and update his app. I added the first camera, showed my husband, downloaded the app on his phone then added the second camera and he had an alert to update his app. That's when it kicked me out on his phone. Then I updated in my phone a few days later and it kicked him out. SO if you set this up on a let's just call them a unfriendly user's phone ( older individual or someone who could really not stress about not having their phone kind of person/doesn't want to fool around with apps) you'll have to see them and log back in for them , update for them etc....

I bought four of these. I was able to easily install them on my wifi. As others have said you need to have the room quiet when connecting. The first time I had my TV on and it didn't work. Once I turned my phone all the way up and installed in a quiet atmosphere it worked perfectly and relatively easily. The picture quality is HD and shockingly good for the price. I am able to move the cameras with my phone and PC apps easily. I've been using them for over a week with 0 connection issues. My only gripe, (which isn't really a gripe considering the price) is the microphones. They are what I would consider less than mediocre. If you use the two way talk function you have to turn the mics wayyyy up in order to hear the other person, but when you do that, you hear your own voice in the speaker at deafening garbled levels. I have played with the settings but they still aren't really that good. Often people on the other end cannot understand what I am saying as it just sounds like garbled noise. That being said, that isn't much of an issue for me as I essentially bought these for the video. The video is 5 star quality. The app is a very simple app without any bells and whistles at all but for me that is a plus as all I want to do is quickly view the video and sometimes pan back and fourth. On my phone app I can zoom, however on the PC app there is no zoom function that I can find. That being said for the price of these cameras they are a great deal. I am definitely going to purchase two more after seeing how these performed. Also for those people wondering, I have cameras set up in two different locations using two different wifi accounts. So yes, you can have multiple cameras setup in one app and yes you can have the cameras set up on different wifi accounts. I can monitor two locations with just a couple clicks of my cell phone. For me that is exactly what I wanted.

Using the talking feature is hit or miss. It's often delayed or misses words or is jumbled, even when speaking clearly. 3. The renewal of the automatic storage stopped being available after the first renewal, meaning it doesn't store video anymore. I can only see things in live time. This is still a great product for the price, but after a couple years now, I'll be upgrading to something a little better quality.
