   I've had mild back pain, and this time it hurt a little more than normal so I finally purchased one of these. Greatest decision ever! It's a nice size for your back or for your leg or wherever else you may feel like you need a heating pad.    I am currently 8 month pregnant and I am having very bad back pain. I got yesterday and used and it was like removed the pain instantly. I was so glad because I know the back pain will keep coming back specially because I have 2 toddlers that are constantly on the move and asking me to play with them. So it is nice at the end of a long day to sit and use that on my back. I read the instructions and it says to not use on the bare skin but even at the highest setting I didn’t think it was too hot that it would burn. I like that you can easily change the heat and timer setting and that it shuts of automatically. Over all I think it is a great product specially for the price and I received the next day.    Everything worked perfectly straight out of the box. The pad gets really hot and i found myself using 5-7 the most. For those that are saying that it's not hot enough, any hotter and longer you leave it on, the more likely it'll burn you if you. The timer is a great feature as well. I had really bad cramps one night and felt at ease leaving the pad on as I went to sleep (left on level 4 to make sure it wasn't too hot). Without this pad, I don't think I would've slept through the night from cramps. The softness is a plus as well as the detachable feature. If I had to get up to grab something or go to the bathroom really quick, I could leave the pad on me and it would still be warm until I plugged it back in.

   I have bad pain in left knee, I've been told by 2 orthopedic surgeon's that I need total knee replacement. The pain was so bad somedays I couldn't even walk. So I was looking towards knee replacement more and more. Then I got this heat pad every night I use it for 20mins and use it for 20mins with my morning coffee.    Best heat pad I've owned so far. I love the flexibility in the time and temperature settings. Most heat pads time out more quickly than I'd like. But this runs up to 90 minutes. It gets sufficiently hot, and it's less stiff than most heat pads I've used. I would definitely recommend it.
