   This tracker saved my dog two days after I got it. We have invisible fence but every once in a while Charlie gets a wild hair & runs it. He always goes up the hill behind the house & I go pick him up. After I got the tracker, he ran off & the app said he went the opposite way & was headed toward the busy road. I thought either the app was defective or I wasn’t reading it right but went that way to pick him up. Sure enough, there he was. It doesn’t matter to me how much the annual fee is, my dog is safe. 😊

   Awash in a "no fence zone," I needed something that could keep track of my dog's "wander lust!" LOL Too old for an electric fence, and too stubborn to come when I call her, this tracker keeps me alerted to where my dog goes. Snap it on the collar, charge about once a week, go "live" on the virtual map and bingo, the dog icon turns red when you are within several feet of the elusive doggo. You can always check the battery strength before you go out, by going into a live search mode, that way you can rest assured you will find the pup. Excellent addition to my dog's wares! Thank you Tractive. Yes, there is a subscription service, but it's a trade off. I found it well worth the cost.

   I have only had this tracker for a few days but it works great. I am only interested in locating my pet, not using the other functions available. I can state that every time I have used the feature "live tracking" it locates my pet within about 5 feet. If your pet is in a building it shows him in that building and provides the street and address of his location. I have located him in our car parked in a shopping mall lot, and it shows you exactly where your car is in the parking lot. Same out walking. You get a location on the satellite map within a few feet. Great product.

   This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. I was hesitant - would my cat hate it? Would it work? - but so far he hasn't even noticed the device (granted, he is a big cat - small ones might not like it). And the app that controls the device is legit amazing. It shows activity minutes, hot spots, and location, and allows you to turn on a light or emit a sound from the device to find your pet in the dark, etc. SO happy I went with this one after hours of research. Well made app, solid device, and company and website seem legit. Highly recommend so far. Accurate to within a few feet, low cost monthly subscription. Buy it.

   Tractive has already helped me find my lost pet. This is awesome and now I have it for two of my pets. We just had a rain storm here and I got to check on Punky and see where he was. This makes me feel safe and secure. It's absolutely worth the investment. You don't have to pay for it a year upfront you can pay for it monthly. If you don't get this GPS tracker please get some kind of tracker for your pet. It's so worth the investment. The subscription I pay is 9 a month for my pet and it gives me peace of mind knowing I always know where my cats are. I've had the one for Little Mama for 8 months now.

   Great product just moved onto 20 acre farm and I can keep track of both my dogs. My dogs came from a small fenced yard. So its nice to be able to make sure they don't wander off property with virtual fence .The only thing is I would like it to have interchangeable batteries. So I could just swap batteries instead of having to remove units and charge at night. Sometimes I forget to charge at night cause it lasts for a few days.

   I would highly recommend this product. Of my three dogs, I have one that is skittish and has a high prey drive, and I am often worried about her running off. This tracker was extremely easy to set up, quick to charge, and very durable. We took her on a hike that involved running around the forest, splashing through the creek, etc, and it never glitched. The positioning data is accurate. The device itself is slim and low-profile, unlike some of the bigger, clunky ones I've seen. My dog didn't even notice that she was wearing it.

   We looked for a GPS that would allow us to track him regardless where he went. This GPS has been a huge help. It is not to bulky. Yes you have to pay in advance and that scared us originally but we took the chance and are pleased with our decision. We have bern able to track him not only in our yard (virtual fence) and while he is on his walks. The battery life is about two days which is normal. The only thing we do not like is that the charging cord is short and proprietary. The app is simple and straight forward. Over all a great investment for our family.

   I was cautious buying a GPS tracker for my dogs. I read a LOT of reviews. I looked at cost, subscription, tech support..all the usual stuff a person would consider. Tractive kept winning over and over. I purchased one for each of my dogs. I live in VERY remote SW Oregon (US) on the coast, about 7 miles from the California border. I was doubtful that the GPS would work as we struggle to even get consistent cell service up here. Tractive worked right out of the box! Set up was super easy! I’m not tech savvy at all…had NO problems. I’ve included pix in my review to show (1) how remote it is here and (2) how accurate Tractive is. I am so 1000% happy with my purchase and highly recommend!

   I originally looked into a GPS dog collar for my Mom and her wanderlust pup Possum. She lives in rural Missouri, so I was concerned whether or not the GPS signal would work where she was. Tractive knows where her rascal of a dog is at any given moment. Mom says she has the most fun looking at the 'history' map and seeing the trail of all the places Possum has been throughout the day. After seeing how well it worked in MO, I didn't hesitate to get one for my own dog in rural northwest Wisconsin. Again, the GPS signal picks up, is spot on accurate, and fast. I can't say how well it will work in all rural places, but for us, who can't always keep a cell phone signal, it works great.
