This is a great building toy and I purchased it for my two-year-old grandson when he came to visit. He got a little frustrated trying to put the pieces into the platform but had no problem building the pieces high. I am sure it will not be a problem for him though. Thank goodness for the storage bag. All toys with multiple parts should have them. Otherwise I have to use Crown Royal bags :-)

With the pegs you can make a tall tower. You can use this to help with counting as well as numbers. My son likes to fill in all the holes of the peg board. the peg board is durable and the pegs are sturdy and easy to place in the peg board. the colors are good and easy for little hands to grab. I would definitely recommend this for a stem activity and to help encourage counting and colors, the possibilities with this are endless.
