Fuse Block ST Blade 6 Circuit Independent with Cover, part number 5035, is an independent source fuse block that consolidates branch circuits and eliminates in-line fuses.

Features

Corrosion resistant, tin-plated copper fuse clips reduce heat and improve the efficiency of the electrical system.

This solves the problem of using large and expensive circuit breaker panels as circuit protection for electronics and other branch circuits.

Fastener terminals for securing wires accept terminal rings.

Love this thing. I have several aftermarket items added to my 2016 Tacoma and had several different fused power leads running to the positive battery terminal. It looked like a mess and it wasn't the right way to do it. So I bought this fuse block and now only have two wires running to my positive battery terminal (the stock one and the power lead for this fuse block). It looks so much cleaner, is much safer and made me look like a professional. I still have more room on the fuse block to add other powered items if I so choose. Really nice unit, especially when paired with other items designed for it. Very pleased. I have inlcuded some before and after pictures of the battery lead clean up and the fuse block installed.

I have a small Aluminum Lund SSV with minimal wiring needs. With this product I was able to easily wire my Garmin fish finder, Nav and anchor lights, and a bilge pump. The only thing I had to add to it was appropriate fuses for each because it only comes with a single 15 amp fuse, but I expected that when I ordered it. If you have a complex project with lots of lights and electronics, etc, then you would want one of the larger products to handle the job, but for me this was perfect.

And the provision for grounding terminals is really nice... No one likes to be chasing a ground fault.I haven't yet had any trouble at all with corrosion, even on old trucks and boats [the first one of these I used was probably in 2010 or so]. And it's easy to change things around if you need to later on.

The installation is simple: connect your battery wires to this fuse block (neg at the top, pos at the bottom) and connect all the DC 12V lines to the fused contacts. Works best with fork connectors. The set does not include fuses, you need to buy them separately. Other than that, works really well for a small project, keeps things organized and protected. I recommend this box.
