Overall this is a nice case. It fits the iPad very well, the keyboard connects easily and works well. Love the 360 swivel! So why only three stars? I wish I could rate each feature separately but . . . The case is unevenly weighted. Most of us using an iPad are not at a table or solid surface. We are sitting somewhere and have the iPad in our lap. The iPad is heavier than the keyboard so the weight of the iPad makes the keyboard a little angled and you have to use your wrists to flatten it out. I find this uncomfortable and little harder to type. Not horrible just irritating. The keys themselves are nice and it functions well. I don't know about battery life yet but think it will be fine considering if you do not use the keyboard for any small length of time it disconnects but it will reconnect pretty quickly with a few touches of the keys.

I ordered this keyboard after looking at many others and decided on this one based on the price and its features. Upon receiving the keyboard I quickly realized neither of the shift keys worked. I tried all the troubleshooting tips with no luck so I emailed customer service. Wendy from customer service almost immediately responded and offered to send me a replacement at no cost. Unfortunately the silver I had ordered was no longer available but I chose pink instead and it arrived even faster than the first! Wendy was so kind and efficient and even turned down my offer to send the first keyboard back.

I have to say, I absolutely love this keyboard case. The product feels very sturdy. The keys feel like a premium laptop should feel. Better than some laptops, actually. The backlight feature is great, too. 7 Different colors to match whatever mood you're in. There are also 3 levels of backlight brightness. Pairing is super easy with a button on the side. The swivel feature is also very handy if you'd like to show a friend something you're looking at, the screen can face the opposite way. It swivels a full 360º as the name suggests and there is a detente in the center. The swivel device feels like there is absolutely no chance it will ever break or wear out, unlike some other keyboard cases I've used. It also folds completely down for tablet mode. Also, the keys do NOT touch the screen at all. Some other cases I've used left a keyboard impression on the iPad screen. This one has a buffer between the keyboard and the iPad. But, beyond the fantastic keyboard itself is the astounding customer service at Yekbee! I had a problem with my case a few days ago, the first and only problem. And after trying to troubleshoot it, they decided, (at 3am EDT on a Thursday, mind you) to send me a replacement completely free of charge). I HIGHLY recommend this keyboard case to ANYONE looking to protect their investment. Best customer service experience I've had in a LONG LONG time.

I think I'm in love... I've always had a Belkin as I found them to be the best...they are price but well worth the money. After mine died I had to find a replacement. I went thru 4 keyboards in the last three weeks only to find out that they didn't fit, they were flimsy or I did not like the keyboard strikes. I finally decided on this one one and I'm very pleased so far. I just got it today and have been playing with it. I find it to be just as good as the Belkin at about 25% less in price. The only thing I'm going to have to get used to is the shift key on the right. It's normally where the page up key is so I'm finding I have to get used to the placement as I'm finding my finger hitting the page up key which will bring me back to the beginning of the page. I'm sure after a while I'll adjust. Ii love the fact that the keys are backlit and I can choose from a variety of colors. The swivel is a very cool feature as I'm always showing my husband things and I can now do this without turning my whole keyboard. It's simple to pair and the instructions are simple and precise. It comes very nicely packaged with an instruction booklet. It's worth every penny and I would highly recommend this to anyone who uses their ipad as a laptop as I do.

I bought 2 of these cases 7 months ago - the first one for me and then after receiving it and loving it, a second one for my husband. This is a high quality product! We both use our iPads every day, several times a day. The design features are great: 1) the 360degree turn of the screen, so that when you use the iPad without the keyboard, the keyboard is safely tucked away face up beneath the screen and not exposed to anything beneath it (think spills or crumbs on a tabletop) 2) the ease of having a keyboard easily accessible to write longer emails or work on documents 3) the stand up screen feature to pitch the screen perfectly for video viewing on an airplane or elsewhere 4) gives your iPad almost all the use of your laptop, so that my husband now uses his iPad for business travel and leaves his bigger laptop at home and 5) the extra protection it gives the iPad when carrying it in your purse or suitcase.

I love this case! It is so versatile. The fact that you can set the screen at any angle makes it so useful. The spinning screen is perfect too. You can also fold it down to just be a normal tablet. This mode is great too but is a little heavy if you're planning on holding it. The iPad pops out of the case very easily making it very versatile. The case does lift off the surface a little when you tilt at certain angles, so if you plan on using large degree angles (between 140-180) then you might want to look elsewhere. I usually keep mine at 110ish and it works great. The keyboard is fine. It's expectedly smaller than a traditional keyboard, but it is very smooth and easy too type on with some expected adjusting. I've had no issues with Bluetooth connectivity or battery life. The keyboard seems to have an automatic shutoff so that is nice because I often forget to turn the switch off. The lights are nice and easy to adjust and have three levels of brightness. Many of the keys control the iPad, which make the useful; however, not all apps have the capability of being able to scroll through them with the up and down arrows. Those that do have that capability are great—but those are app issues and not the keyboard's. I use this at work, home, and find that I use it for all areas of use for the iPad—productivity and entertainment. I had purchase another cheaper case and whenever I use that one, I immediately miss the features of this keyboard case—so to me, that says the most. Not sure how this compares to other keyboard cases, but I think it's worth the cost as of now. I'll re-update if I encounter any issues.

I didn't want to write a review until I had had it for some time as I read about it not working as well after a few months. However, I have had my case since August 2018 and it still works great! Granted, I don't use the keyboard as much as others probably do. However, in my experience the battery life is great. Only requiring charge after a few days of light use. The light up effect is great too for aesthetics and when working at night. I also love how it does not take away from the sleekness of the iPad Pro, but augments it. It is a great supplement to my MacBook Air. However, I still must have my laptop at times for certain functions. Yet, this is not the keyboard case's issue but Apple's. Overall, I am greatly pleased with the keyboard and how functional it is to my iPad. It has added so much more to an already great device!

It does want to tilt back, but on a flat surface, it is steady. The keys are a little small, so if you have big fat fingers, you might want to stay away. I have skinny long fingers so it works fine for me.

It's a shame, I really liked the swivel feature and the solid weight of the case. I DID NOT like the finish... after 2 days of sitting in my office and home classroom (no little dirty fingers anywhere to blame) the thing has smudged prints on it (there is like a suede finish on it...looks great if you only want to look at it or handle it with archival gloves, lol!)
