   This was actually a replacement pillow, the other one was getting kind of flat. This is perfect for people that have a neck problem or torn rotator cuff and like to sleep on their sides. At least it works for me. I was desperate to fine a replacement and was very excited to find one on Amazon for less than I paid for the 1st one in a local store. It's not for everyone though. I bought one for my sister as a gift. She returned it.

   This pillow works very well for me, helping me sleep better. The best feature of it is, in my opinion, the hole in the middle for ear clearance. I've always had a problem with my ears getting painfully squashed when sleeping on my side, even with very soft pillows. This pillow solves that.
   
   Also, it may be designed for side sleeping, but it's comfortable for sleeping on my back too. The rounded back of my skull fits in the ear hole, holding my head stable and well supported.
   
   These pillows don't last a long time. In 6-9 months the shredded foam stuffing squashes down and the pillow gets thinner and loses its comfort. I'm on my third one now. But, the improved sleeping is worth the money to me. I'll keep buying them....and watching to see if someone else makes a more durable version.
   
   Do not attempt to wash these pillows! Ignoring the warnings, I tried it with pillow #2. It blew up into a hundred pieces in the washing machine. No one was injured, but it was a mess.

It also snugs up against my back, hugging and bolstering me securely as I sleep. It is absolutely the best pillow I have found, with the right degree of support and comfort to enable me to achieve a sound night's sleep, feeling refreshed and recharged for the day. I highly recommend this pillow and even take it with me when I travel overnight locally.

   Since I bought her the Side Sleeper a few weeks ago, my wife has gone from a wedge and two or three regular pillows down to just the Side Sleeper. She loves it since it gives her a lot of options as she shifts and turns over throughout the night, and she's looking forward to using it for nursing too.
   
   The only down side so far is that it's a lot of pillow, so it can be a little more challenging to actually turn over in the middle of the night, but it's not enough of a problem to dock it a star.

   My husband suffers from some pretty painful neck problems. I initially found thus pillow at a drugstore on a clearance shelf and hoped it would help him get comfortable......he loved it! Then one day he went on a trip and forgot to bring it home....he was beside himself. I searched everywhere and could not find one....finally looked at Amazon and was happy to see it there. I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows for him since he is a larger man and a side sleeper. Now he gave the old used pillow to my dog (black lab) who loves it and won't get off of it!!!

   My husband has a bad back problem and after using this it helped him sleep better. He told me to get one for myself and see, so I did, he was right it really works. We will never go back to a regular pillow again. By the way, you can just put the whole pillow in the wash and drier. Comes out looking and feeling like new!
   
   A Dentist friend of ours humped over patients hour after hour was also in pain, so I gave him an extra one that we had on hand and he also said that it really helps him sleep better.
