   I have woke up in the mornings with headaches for years. I've been to docs trying to find the cause. I bought this pillow as it can't hurt, it might even help. I love it. I haven't had a morning headache since I have sleeping with this pillow. It's the pillow height I want for my head but let's me rest on my shoulder keeping my neck straight. It's lets me rest my back against the longer arm that feels almost like a hug. The hole for my ear lets me wear my earrings without poking me. I won't be without this pillow.

   I have used the pillow for a week and a half, and am still glad I bought it. It may be perfect for a small or lighter-weight person without modifications. However, I am generously sized, and plan to add some more fiberfill to help support my extra weight. I also air-dry my case based on feedback of shrinkage in the dryer. I would recommend it.

   I have suffered with neck, mid back, rib issues for years.... thanks to someone that ran a red light. I have tried so many different pillows for the neck, some work better than others but have kept searching for relief. This pillow has been a life changer. I feel like I am back to a normal nights sleep. I sleep deeper and don't wake up with headaches, neck or rib pain anymore. I never realized how important back support was for side sleeping until I tried this pillow. I will never look for any other pillow shape again. I finally found my relief. I bought one for my sister, and two more backups for myself in case they stop making these. LOVE

   I have found that I can't sleep with a regular pillow anymore. This pillow is perfect for persons with neck or shoulder problems. I think it may have come with a cover, but I use a king sized pillowcase and shape and pen it all the way around the pillow. This way, I can always change the case, keeping the pillow clean. I even take this "Side Sleeper" pillow on vacations with us.

   I have been using one of these pillows since they came out in the "as seen on TV" section in Walmart. I am a side sleeper with a mask cpap for sleep apnea. The narrow side width if the pillow accommodates my mask without dislodging it. I also have arthritis and the u-shaped design help my shoulder, neck, and back tremendously.
   
   I tried to order this pillow from another site after I could no longer find it in stores. A week after I ordered it from the other site, I got an email that they were permanently out if stock. When I found them on Amazon, I ordered 2 and waited to be told that they were out if stock. I was delighted that they were in stock and arrived quickly. I will probably order a couple more to stash away for when I need to replace again.
   
   Only down sides of this pillow are the need for special pillow cases and the fact that I can no longer sleep well on any other pillow!

   I have arthritis in my neck, back and hips. I sleep with about 8 pillows at my head, shoulders, and between my legs to take the pressure off of my hip joints. Getting and staying comfortable had been a challenge. Yet as soon as I slept with this pillow for the first time, I had the best night of sleep in ages. I take this pillow with me where ever I go. It fits easily in my suitcase. I take it in the car for roadtrips. It gives support in the right places, and doesn't put pressure on places that would be uncomfortable. My puppy ate my first sidesleeper Pro, and I immediately ordered a new one and had it rushed to me. It is most certainly worth the price.

   I bought my first SideSleeper Pro pillow at Wamart and loved it. It's the first pillow I've found that actually helped my back feel better! I tend to sleep in fetal position, which doesn't really do anything for my back. This pillow has helped me sleep straighter. Plus, the hole in the pillow for the ear is perfectly placed - no more pain from my ear being smashed all night! Definitely the best pillow for a side sleeper that I've found. I ordered an extra one for when this one finally wears out!

   I am so glad I mentioned my sleep problems to a friend. She too had issues and had bought this pillow years ago. I'd tried just about every other shape, size, density, etc. to no avail. Since using this pillow, I've not awakened in the morning with a stiff neck or shoulder pain. I've had 2 because I tried to launder the first one with sneakers and towels (trying to make a full load) and the seams didn't hold up. The pillow is good enough that I immediately ordered another. I use the ear indentation as a guide and it really does keep me comfortably aligned. Woohoo! A product that performs as advertised.

   I always had trouble to get a good sleep time because of the pillows, I decided to try this one and I must say it really works. In the begining it's a little hard to adjust the idea is not a regular pillow. After 2 nights starts to works fine, actually is kind of weird going back to a regular size pillow.
   
   It works on the back, trust me on that.

   I always make sure i have one availlable whenever and wherever i sleep.
   
   The only thing i could say that might be considered a negative about this item would be that they arent that durable and long lasting and the cover that comes with it is very flimsy and does not hold up well during multiple washes in the machine.. even on delicate cycles. Aftermarket covers are availlable but commonly at a price that is comparible to or higher than the pillow itself.
   
   All in all though.., i wont sleep without them! :)
