   After using this pillow for a couple of weeks, my chronic stiff neck and headaches have gone away. It took me a week or so to get used to the pillow but the results are exactly what I was hoping for. I have tried many, many pillows. I use it for sleeping on either side and also on my back. I could do without the ear hole thingy as my ear rarely lands in the right spot but it is not so hard to ignore it either.

It didn't do much the first night. A couple of nights later the pain began to diminish because the stress on my right shoulder was eliminated. It does cradle my neck and shoulder (side-sleeper); but it is a little "harder" than my old pill-fill. It will be interesting to see if it lasts as long as my old one.

This solves all of those issues. It is a bit flat, but I find it fits me perfectly, someone with broader shoulders might not have such a good fit.

   I bought this pillow because sleeping on my side with a regular pillow was causing intense outer ear pain. It works wonderfully both as a side sleeper pillow and as a sort of travel pillow to support my neck without pushing my head up. The pillowcase is a little cheap and I can't find any other covers, but the quality of sleep I get totally makes up for the slight lack of quality in the cover.
