Got rid of my headaches! I was getting tension headaches from clenching my jaw at night, I went to the dentist to see if I could get a mouthguard but my insurance did not cover it so I decided to try this before spending a lot of money on one. I use the thinner one on my top teeth and the thicker one on the bottom teeth. ( no particular reason why I think I just picked that randomly LOL) I know the instructions say to use just one on the top teeth but I tried that it helped a little and then my headaches came back and then I tried using one only on my bottom teeth worked for a little and then my headaches came back. So I decided to just try it on both top and bottom sets of my teeth and it worked great,I haven't had a headache in about a month! Hope this helps!

He suggested I use a mouthguard at night. Getting a custom mouthguard made from the dentist is very costly and not usually covered by dental insurance. I purchased this brand 2 weeks ago and let me tell you. I've tried others that are OTC but they always were either not very comfortable or fitting them was never successful. This brand sends you 2 sizes and you get 6 of them in the box. I fit myself with the bigger size, very easy to do and i've been wearing it at night ever since. The quality of the material is very good, it is actually comfortable and it's a clear rubbery/plastic so you don't look weird when you're wearing it nor is it too large in your mouth. I definitely recommend this brand if you need a night guard. Plus you get 6 of them so you can just make a new one when you need to replace it. Save your teeth and your wallet!!

I tried it before starting the mold process. I could already tell the areas that would bother me. I trimmed them down. The molding process was easy. I've used it 4 nights now. The only issue I've had is that they feel a bit difficult to get completely clean, but that may just be a visual thing and not an actual problem with the material *actually* being dirty. It also could be because they're not intended to be used quite as long as I've used my first one. Either way, can't say too much bad about them especially given the price. I didn't use it for the whitening so I can't at all speak to that.

I got 1 guard, and it was so thin I bit right through it. I also had to reshape it and it did not work well. I liked the idea of a thicker guard that KatyCraft offered, and it did not disappoint! The thick ones are nice and thick, and I am using it comfortably every night. It is also a lot cheaper and I get 6 of them to try out or use if one wears out. I also realized that I do not want the guard molded around my teeth; doing so makes it so tight, I am worried about my teeth getting loosened as I take it on and off. My dentist also suggested that I wear the guard for few hours during the day in the beginning to let my brain get used to having it in my mouth so I wouldn't be chewing on it at night unconsciously or in my sleep. That definitely helps too.

I have not tried a lot of mouthguards but this pack is great. I got the mixed pack I have yet to use the thicker ones but the thinner ones work so perfectly for me it was super easy to mold to the shape of my mouth it is super comfortable to wear when I'm just chilling or doing household chores. It alsofeels pretty sturdy when I bear down a little bit. I have been racking my brain scouring the internet and trying many many things for my cheek biting habit which I have had since I was 8 years old. My main hurdle is that I can't stop usually for 3 Days to let my mouth feel well enough to start with a clean slate and to help my mouth get back to normal health. I have tried chewy items in the past that are usually recommended for autism I have tried chewing gum I have tried snacking I have tried hypnosis for my habit. ssris made it way worse. but these mouth guards seem to really be helping me. I started noticing for myself when during the day I get the most anxiety and when I am Idol that is when I have the worst cheek biting episodes. In about 5 to 10 minutes without thought or even with thought I can ruin really good healing progress on my cheeks. The last three days I have put this mouthguard in at those times and my cheeks are literally healed after 3 days I have a clean slate to start with and I plan on wearing these from now on during my trigger times. I'm excited because even when I'm not wearing the mouthguard now it seems like I am more aware of my habit and not in a out-of-control way .As soon as I notice it starting I just put in my mouth guard. So if you follow instructions and know how to use these teeth molds it should be easy to use but remember these are NOT perfecinol and they are also NOT teeth straighteners like invisalin or something they are better quality then the things your get at like Walmart in the tooth care isal for a mouth guard for sleeping or day time use as well and they come with 3 thick ones and 3 thin ones plus the awesome case i love the case also they are kinda hard to get a good fit on your teeth if your going for a tight fit i tride multiple times oh keep in mind if you mess up as long as its not horrible you can try again with the same one because you can reform it anyways i couldn't get a tight fit as i couldn't press my tongue tight enough in the back plus suck on it and push with my lips that is not easy but it dose get the job done not being tighter so yes id suggest this product and if i had to i would buy again in the future.
