The next day he was home alone a couple of hours he slept with this the whole time. It worked so well. This was about a week ago, and he does like to chew it a bit here and there but it has held up well, and more importantly it comforts him. I do try to keep it away from him when he isn't sleepy to minimize its destruction though. Cannot say enough positive things about this toy.
