Easy to set up, easy to find your way around even in the dark, and the image quality was crazy good compared to some other brands of night vision I have used. These are the first I bought and unless I lose them somehow, won't buy any another. They work great at night with the IR (the darker the better). They work pretty good during the day but bought them for mainly night time time use. I wear glasses so I don't press them up against my face so there is a little light that comes from the viewing area. I don't think it is bright enough that it would make much difference for anything unless somebody is close. I don't know how long the batteries will last yet. I don't snap a lot of pictures or video tape the whole time I use them. Only when I see something interesting. My biggest problem was remembering without looking which button on top controlled what. I went on line and watched the instructions for setting them up. Easy enough. They do have some weight but feel to be well constructed. I haven't had them for a long period of time but so far I am glad I purchased these.

I use these mainly at night on camping trips to observe the nature surrounding me. My first night out left me fairly impressed as I could see everything with these binoculars which I couldn’t see with my own eyes. My only gripe would be that the digital zoom only has two modes, near to far, but the manual focus on the lens makes up for this. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for quality night vision binoculars for a fair price.

This product is as advertised. The night vision works very well and the distance as advertised is correct, although on the outer end of the distance the picture is fuzzy but you can still make an object out, but for the cost it is impressive you can see that far at night and this usage was with overcast skies...no moon or stars providing light. The focus does well as within it's limits you can easily see what the object is. So far this product has performed very well...it is too early to judge the reliability but does have a rugged feel and is sealed well against moisture / water.

Great value! While the instructions leave something to be desired, the product features and quality are there, especially at this price point. It’s nice that is has the photo/ video capture feature so when I see a sasquach, I can actually prove it. The menu is definitely not the easiest and it WILL take a while to get the hang of it. It would be nice if there was a simple 4 arrow square with center “ok” button like in most products these days. Overall very satisfied for what I use it for.

This night binocular works well. It sees well in the dark without the illuminator, but once you turn on the IR illuminator, it REALLY lights up the scene. The IR light has different power settings. The high setting allows you to see 200-300 feet. No kidding. The only downside is that this unit doesn't have a zoom lens. But, it does say "binoculars", so you get what they advertise. 8x power is pretty powerful. The image isn't HD quality, but it's still very clear and you can see pretty much everything you need to. The body feels like a robust quality. Very nice night vision for the price.

However, the the night vision is excellent (3 levels) and they are easy to operate, even though the manual is very brief and not very instructive, the ability to use them during the day is also an advantage. For the price I believe these are an excellent starting point for anyone wanting to own night vision binoculars. The only thing not included that would have been nice is a neck strap for hold the binoculars, the strap include is for the case and not well suited for the binoculars. I also like the viewing screen, it is clear and you are not required to hold them completely up to your eyes to see.
