Very easy to use, just unstick from backing and stick to whatever body part you want them on. Less sticky than I would have hoped, but a tight t-shirt and leggings do the rest of the work. The device does not hurt at all though, feels good even if intense at times.

Also, it's so relaxing (play with the different levels to find one you're comfortable with) you feel your abs being stimulated and if you do it pre workout, you begin to feel your workouts more aggressively!
