The pad does not move at all once placed on a surface due to the material on the bottom. I wish I purchased this sooner. In the past I didn't believe these items would make a big difference, but my wrist became very sore and to alleviate the pain I was previously using a Neoprene computer sleeve with a rolled hand towel inside to provide support. This pad works much better than my DIY one and I got 2 for a great price.

I can say I'm happy with my decision. The little pad that supports the wrist feels gel like and is comfortable and the material overall feels nice. The size of the mat isn't really big so I don't think it would be a good choice for gamers but it 's big enough if you are just doing work or normal browsing. Overall I'm very satisfied.
