   I have ordered several windshield covers and always ended up returning them for various reasons but not this one! It is made of a heavier lined canvas that lays flat on the windshield (unlike others that are quilted) and is waterproof. There is a lining on the side that lies against the glass that is waterproof. You can actually hear the magnets attach to your car for better protection. The elastic straps are the perfect size to go over your mirror.

   We live in Washington and with the snow, ice, fog, of the winter this fit our 2015 Honda Pilot great. It has 3 magnets on the top of and 3 on the bottom with side mirror covers, straps to attach to the front wheels, and 2 little things that go in the doors to secure it.
   
   
   
   We bought a cheaper one at a different store that does not work as well as this. You get in the car turn it on to warm up and take the cover off. It takes maybe 10 seconds to take off and get back in the car.
   
   
   
   The only downside to this cover is if the under covering come into contact (while sitting in the car) the snow or ice that has melted then when you go to put it on later in the day/night it might have some water on it that will create little ice patches for when you start the car up.
   
   
   
   At 4am though it is nice to know that when you go out to the car the front windshield will not have any build up or fog to worry about.

   first of all, I love the magnets that hold it against the body of the car. Others have complained that the straps that hook around the mirrors are flimsy, but I haven't found that to be the case at all. It takes less than 5 minutes to put it on...raise up your wipers, line the cover up on one side, put that side flap inside the car, close the door - do the same on the other side. hook the elastic bands around your side mirrors, fold down your wipers and Bob's your Uncle your'e done!

   This screen is great for my tiny Mitsubishi Mirage! It has magnets to keep it in place and pads on either side that you use with your door to keep it in place from being stolen. There are also two hooks on the front which is plastic and won't touch your paint job to keep it in place so the wind won't move it around. I really like this, it's amazing for quickly starting your car in winter or during and after an ice storm. You won't be the idiot outside scraping the ice off your windshield anymore. Everyone is going to want one once you get it because all you do is peel it off. Its a great purchase or even a gift for someone who lives in icey and snowy clients.
