   I had been wanting to purchase the light therapy mask for months before finally doing so! I have found it is super easy to use- I use it before I go to bed for 20mins, 3 times a week. It is very manageable and, at the same time, sturdy. I believe my skin has improved in texture and perhaps, a little firmer. Hopefully with more time, I will continue to get better results. Also, I am planning to buy a neck piece next!

   The box and manual said that eye protectors are included but there aren't any. Instead they put in a satin sleep mask, which neither fits under or over the LED mask, and provides no protection while using the mask. I do not want to harm my eyes so I can't use this mask.UPDATE: Customer service was really helpful and contacted me to resolve the issue within an hour (!). The device itself seems like a great value for the money and works well. The carrying case is really nice and convenient too.

It's a great value! It is made of a high quality and I was very impressed with how many lights were inside compared to some of the other units I was considering purchasing. The product was easy to use and the mask was comfortable. The results I am seeing are very good. I would highly recommend trying this product.

   This mask is very well made and functions well, and I like the results of use for my skin. Unfortunately the original eye protection provided did not work well. The company was very proactive about replacing with much better eyewear. Apparently my original package mistakenly did not have the correct type. Using the mask is already visibly reducing redness in my skin, which I have suffered from chronically. I am excited to see what happens with extended use! I am happy with the mask but even more impressed with the customer service. Excellent company to deal with - they will solve your problems when you reach out to them.

   I used this mask, which is relatively easy to use and has no complicated steps. There are three modes, and each mode can be used alone or together. After using it, I feel my face is smoother and more delicate than before. The whitening mode is also useful. I have a few pimples on my face. After use, the acne is not obvious. I use it one by one in each mode, each mode is 10 minutes, it is easy to operate, and it is a very good mask.And it also easy to carry.

   I would describe myself as hopefully cynical before trying this product. At 55, I've been trying lots of different skin care products, hoping to minimize age spots, wrinkles, and still acne! I'd heard great things about this, but wondered if it would live up to the hype. I was going to wait for awhile to review, to give it time to work, but I started seeing results immediately!! After just a couple of uses, my age spots on my forehead have lightened dramatically! My fine lines are much less, and my skin looks overall healthier and younger! My husband laughed when he saw me using it the first time-- now he wants to try it out! I used skin products (serum) I had on hand, but I'm going to try it with some facial (collagen) masks next. I'm excited to see what changes I will see over time! My only slight negatives would be that I wish the device didn't have to be plugged in to use. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, and every time I get myself set up, put the mask on and start-- something happens-- barking and chasing! But that's more a me problem! I used the eye protection and the light still seems very bright, even with my eyes closed, so I will probably try a different eye mask. Overall, I'm super pleased and impressed.

   I love my unit. I have seen amazing improvements in my skins overall texture and appearance. Plus the company is wonderful to customers. I had a small issue with my unit they immediately sent out a replacement pack. Plus they actually answer the phone and you get to speak to a live person who knows their product well.    I originally bought this mask around six months ago and it worked well and seemed effective. I noticed positive results with my skin with regular use. It failed after about six months but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new controller. When that one also didn't work, they sent me another new controller and a new cord. When the unit still failed to work properly, they sent me a brand new mask which is working fine. They stayed in constant contact the entire time and were more than willing to work with me to resolve the issue, which was very appreciated. With the new mask, there is a really nice new travel case they are including now that they weren't six months ago. Very much appreciate the case as I would sometimes take the mask out of town with me and never quite knew the best way to pack it. They also include two masks to protect your eyes (you will want to wear one while you have the mask on)-- one is more of a soft sleep mask and the other is a small band-like thin black mask. The sleep one is better at blocking the light but it's large and covers your forehead, so I make due with the smaller one which still blocks the light. There's a band that attaches to the mask so you place it securely on your head, or you can use it without it if you're lying down. The mask itself has three different lights-- red, blue and green and there are instructions included telling you which are good for what skin conditions. If you want to use all three, there is a setting where they will cycle through the three different colors, so you can get all the benefits at once. You can set the amount of treatment time (they recommend 15-20 minutes) and you can also control how strong you want the lights so you can work your way up to the strongest. It's very easy to use, but you have to be willing to dedicate the time to wearing the mask and not doing anything else. I will usually lie down and listen to a podcast or my meditation app and it makes the time go faster. Overall, I think the mask is a great value for the money when you consider how expensive some of the other brand name masks are and this one is FDA-cleared which not many others are.

   First, I love this LED mask. I don't find the heaviness of the mask to be that bad. What I do is place my nose in the nose slot first, then resting the mask directly to my forehead meaning my forehead and nose are in direct contact with the plastic mask/shield. The mask isn't made of rubber and therefore it won't conform to your face on all parts. The application I use gets the biggest bang for your buck in terms of getting your skin/face as close to the mask as possible. The closer your face is to the mask the better the LED's do their job. If you do research, every inch that your face is from the mask, it's power declines by a certain percent. In terms of the quality of the mask, the wavelength amounts for each color are excellent, as they have to be in a certain and specific range for them to do what they say they will do.
