I love making my shower my little spa and I love lavender so it has upgraded my experience so much. I've had it about a month now and I'm not sure if the filter has helped my skin but my showers sure have been improved. As long as the head of your shower can be screwed off, this just screws in between the shower head pipe and the shower head. They last about 45 days in our house with at least two daily showers.
