   I have a lot of lower back and shoulder issues from years of gymnastics, dancing and bartending. I also suffer from Hashimotos disease. This trapeze is so relaxing and easy to use. They provide many you tube videos as well. It is great for a beginner, which I consider myself to be, as I have been out of sports for almost ten years now. The stretches are all new to me again. This trapeze can be used for all levels of experience. I can't say enough about it.
   
   A bonus of this swing is that I have a six year old son. This is his favorite toy!! He is on it at least three hours every day. It has developed his upper body strength as well as his coordination. I'm glad I got it just for his sake!!

   This is the most amazing thing. I never thought I'd be able to hang upside down at my age and in my condition, which is quite a mess orthopedically, but I can! I can, I can, I can! What a feeling. Pure joy and freedom after years of being confined. The first time I tried it I thought I would never get my legs around the sides but I am nothing if not determined and with minor help from my husband, I was upside down the first day it was installed. After that, I was able to do it all by myself. It has benefited my creaking hips and back. There is no weight bearing on the lower joints. So therapeutic. My goal is the flying spider but if I don't make that I'll be more than happy just to hang around. A bit scary, but soon becomes relaxing. Best thing ever. Fun just sitting in it. There are plenty of great youtube videos on it. I had a trusted carpenter install it using the Ikea hooks to a ceiling joist and it is very secure. Thank you!

   Purchased for my daughter who has to have cervical, thoracic and lumbar surgery. Surgeons advised against Physical Therapy, Chiropractor and Inversion Table. They did advise on the use of a Yoga Swing. After my daughter used it for the 1st time, she said she immediately felt instant relief from pain and her numbness in her arms and hands dissipated for a short time. She underwent cervical fusion on Jan. 29th for her C5, C6 & C7 and cannot use the Yoga Swing for a couple more months, or until she's healed. This didn't come with any bars or poles. It came with an instruction video and index cards with various exercises that can be used with the swing. She has it suspended on her floor joists in her basement which works perfectly fine, especially in the winter where she can be warm. Note: Before she was allowed to use the Yoga Swing, her friend, who is 350lbs., put the Yoga Swing to the test first to make sure it would hold his weight and not rip, tear, give way, or come unattached from the ropes and carabiners that come with the swing. After it passed his intense testing methods, he had my daughter sit on his lap and he swung back and forth. The Yoga Swing passed with flying colors! This particular brand/model is Very Durable and Very Well Made!! Strongly recommended!! I'm very glad I didn't buy the "cheaper" ones that I came across. Only suggestion would be, larger sized exercise display on a poster or something other than an index card. 5 Stars otherwise!!

   Love this! I'm a plus size person and d enough to have adult kids. I was a little more than intimidated to try it but so glad I did. I've had it a couple of weeks now and back and joint pain is better and I am getting a great workout! It is made of quality materials and when paired with the proper anchors and installed properly is more than adequate to hold my 250 pounds with no problems. (Which is now down to 242 pounds after 2 weeks).
