I had purchased an off brand a year or so ago and only got to use them a few times before my dog decided they made a great snack. Probably just as well because when I rechecked the order I had placed for those so I could provide a link here to show the difference, I discovered they're no longer available. My main objection to the first set I bought was that the separators were captured between a top and bottom. This meant that in order for them to do any good at all, my entire foot would have to adapt in order for the two worst toes to get any separation. So, enough about what didn't work.

After reading reviews from previous buyers of YogaToes, I just had to try them for myself. Over the last couple of years, I've been having more issues with my feet - starting to get a hammertoe on right foot, pain with walking, and being less and less able to wear anything with a heel without a lot of pain (though I wear athletic shoes at work, so high heels were not the root of my problem). The YogaToes are great! Who would have thought that wearing these to spread the toes apart would work so well. But, as our feet are in shoes that squeeze our toes and feet into unnatural positions and change our walking styles (which in turn affect our backs and necks, etc), I can totally understand why they work. I have not had any pain while wearing these, as other people have mentioned, only a feeling of relief. I wholeheartedly love my YogaToes!

Sometimes by the end of my shifts I would be in tears. I tried everything, boots and slings, stretching, icing it. I didn't know what else I could do. I came across these in some research and found that they could help. It was unconfirmed studies. Mostly speculation. I said screw it, I've tried everything else. So I bought them. They literally cured me with in weeks. I wore them everyday for 30 minutes. In a week I felt so much better. In 3 my plantar fasciitis was gone. And I mean completely gone. A lot of people here said they are painful. I didn't find that at all. I wore them for 30 minutes right off the bat with zero problems. After only a week I could tolerate an hour. I thought surely if others were feeling pain, I definitely would. Not true!! Put these in the freezer. They are a soft, squishy gel. When I get home and take my heels off, I put the YogaToes in and it feels amazing. Yes, it is slightly uncomfortable and I have not been able to get the gems all the way into my smaller toe nooks yet, but I highly recommend these. My feet feel stretched out when I take them off. The cool gel is a relief after a day in heels. Even if they don't help with bunions (which I'm hoping they do), I'd still buy and use these.
