   I was having really bad foot pain last summer. I literally could not put weight on my feet and it had lasted for weeks and nothing else was helping. I had really tried it all and I was in a panic mode. I purchased these on a gut instinct. I knew my feet felt better when I stretched them out with my fingers (I believe my foot joints were misaligned). After a month of misery these were a God send. A week after daily use I could walk again without pain! I truly credit to these Toe Gems. I could feel them aligning my toes. My mom has always had very stiff toes and could never stretch them apart. She thought these would be uncomfortable at first and she was hesitant to try them. I persuaded her and they succeeded in stretching out her toes and helped her foot pain from standing 12 hour shifts. She now requests them when her feet hurt after work. I rarely leave reviews but these warrant one. I 100% recommend these to anyone with foot pain.

   I’ve been practicing Hatha yoga for several years and in the last year started getting cramps in my feet and then plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I’ve been adjusting my diet, stretching more, using support in my shoes, but then I noticed that I carry a lot of tension in my feet and hands during the day, at work, and even at night. These yoga toes help so much to stretch my feet, keep my toes in their natural position and relax my feet. The fasciitis is going away and I enjoy using the toes a couple of times a day. No cramping either.

   This product is great with many uses! Relieves any foot pain after a long day and they are comfortable as they stretch your toes apart. Good quality, would be great for those who would like to correct their crooked toes as well. We all need to take care of our feet and stop wearing tight shoes! Great to use while watching your favorite television show. 30 minutes a day is all you need but can for longer. Got a pair for my girlfriend and uses these as she paints and dries her toenails.

   I received these yesterday, wore them for 45 minutes and it was such a HUGE difference when I took them off. I could walk without the constant pain I have felt across the bridge of my feet (mainly large toe joint area).    I have a set of the original versions of these which you had to slip over your toes. They were difficult to get your toes through, never stayed on the pinkie toe and didn’t seem to help. The “gems” completely eliminate the first two issues and seem to be helping. I actually had a cramp in my outer calf come on while I was putting them on and it seemed to make it less painful and go away quicker. I think my toes even look a little less curled under. (People tell me to relax my toes, curled is relaxed for my feet) I’m happy I bought these and look forward to seeing, and feeling, even more improvements.

   Yoga Toes do just what they claim! I was scheduled to have hammer toe surgery this coming fall. I noticed a difference in my toes after the first time and every time after more and more. I haven't been able to walk barefoot since 2019. I now can walk barefoot without pain and my toes are almost straight. I also no longer have pain in my feet. You have made this customer very happy they are like magic!

   So much easier to "fit" than the original "Yoga Toes". As we get older, it's not so easy to reach down and push one's toes into a rubber band with holes. The YogaPro people had a great idea when they separated and made the inserts into "gem" format. The first time I used them, I couldn't believe how much they stretched my toes which get cramped from stress. I'd advise using them 5 minutes at first and build up to whatever is comfortable but any stretch is worth it. However, do remove them before falling asleep and don't forget you have them on (as I did) and try to walk in them...it was just a surprise! I recommend these for anyone who has to keep their feet trapped in shoes every day and wants to free those cramped muscles.

   I had these saved in my cart for months before committing. I have a slight bunion and a decent sized bunionette on both feet that leave me super sore at the end of the day, no matter what shoes I wear. I constantly was having to manually stretch and massage my feet and although that's still good, leaving these on my feet the past few days has been amazing! I officially have used every day for the past few days. I started out at 15 minutes the first day and was up to around 30 minutes on the third day. They can be a little uncomfortable, however it's the kind of uncomfortable of a good stretch. I'm just hoping and praying that this can help correct my bad feet as I'm in my late 20s and have these feet for the rest of my life. Loving the Yoga Toes so far and looking forward to seeing the results!
