With the strips I always had two issues, 1) teeth sensitivity after a couple uses 2) between my teeth would never get whitened. With these pens, you decide how many or few teeth you want whitened and where. You can use these twice daily. I’ve always suffered from teeth sensitivity so I only do it at night, but surprisingly I haven’t noticed any difference in tooth sensitivity for me. I will say, if you are looking for fast results go to twice daily. I’m in no rush and I don’t think tooth sensitivity is a trade off worth risking. I would highly suggest anyone to get these pens to remove years of teeth yellowing.
