This gadget has little rubber tenitcal feet that rotate back and forth like a message. I love it. It feels like it relaxes my whole head and face. It can tangle your hair if you have thick hair like mine but I figured it might. It is really only for your scalp. I tried it elsewhere and it did not feel that good to be as on the scalp. It charges by USB cord and comes with the wall outlet as well.
