TIP: don't fuss with trying to get the paint perfectly between the tiles - just move the marker between a few tiles at a time, and clean up the paint on the tiles with a wet sponge. When the floor is all done, let it dry for a few hours and check for any paint that is left on the tiles, It will scrape off easily with a fingernail. Then seal the grout.
