   I bought this to make it easier to sanitize and dry my CPAP hoses, mask, etc. The only thing I don't like, is the hose doesn't dry all the way during the drying cycle. I "prewash" the hose, mask, water reservoir and headgear with soapy water, once per week then set to "sanitize and dry". I lightly dry everything as much as I can before I put in the unit. Of course, I can't dry the inside of the hose, so I was hoping the dry cycle would do it. Even if I run it three times, it still doesn't dry all the way. I have the same problem with air drying, only that's even worse. I could leave the hose sit for three days and it won't be all the way dry. What I love about this unit, is I can use just the "sanitize" cycle throughout the week, and feel good about my supplies being clean. For extra measure I do wash them once a week with the soapy water, and then use "sanitize and dry". I like that I can sanitize my supplies daily without having to do all the manual washing everyday.

   I was tired of having to clean the tubing, the head gear and all of the rest of the equipment for my CPAP machine. I always thought mold would start growing in the tube!!!. Then, I got one of the ionization machines and that worked fine until the smell started getting to me. I found this device in the baby section. The reviews were good, so I figured why not. From the very first time I used it, it seemed like the UV light was cleaning everything. I have no idea if everything is getting sanitized or sterilized, but at least it makes me think it is. I still clean my nose piece with soap and water and then stick it in the box along with everything else. It is so easy to use and I set the timer for 21 minutes. So, by the time I am through getting ready for bed, my CPAP equipment is ready. I might add, I purchased one as a Christmas present for a friend, and she is so happy about it. She had heard me go on and on about how great, easy to use and works so well. I highly recommend this product. It is well built, clean, and there are so many uses for it besides just cleaning CPAP equipment. If you purchase one, please let me know what you think.

   When I received the sanitizer I was not sure how to make it work with my CPAP unit. I e-mailed the company, received an answer from, Dalia, customer service and co-owner of the company. We spoke and I told her I did not know if is usable for me to sanitizer my CPAP system. Dalia, explained how it will work for and how to use it, down to what buttons to push, also how to clean the inside of my hose and sent me the Amazon link to purchase see the spray to use. Dalia and the company were nothing but wonderful in helping me understand the system, and how to use it. We e-mailed back and forth ensuring I was comfortable in my knowledge in what I was doing. Not often today do you get this kind of caring and help. Kudos to customer service and Dalia.
