BUT, it’s not an eyesore, my baby seems to love it and his mobility is definitely advancing because of it, and it’s easy to fold up and put away if we need to. It’s very large and takes up most of the living room floor. Which is great, cause our 6month old baby can roll all around, do tummy time, drool and/or spit up during tummy time and sitting up time (which cleans very easy), and it feels very safe and spacious. There’s also plenty of room for us adults to get down there with him. The grippy things are great. He seems very into the texture. I would recommend for sure!

So easy to clean and my daughter is learning to sit so she's flopped a couple of times by accident (we have pillows around her). The couple of times she's missed her pillows it didn't hurt her since the thickness absorbed it. She loves to roll and scoot herself on it. REally really recommend this mat to all parents!
