   I've been using this for two years and bought spare parts because of reports of strap tearing, Spare parts are cheap if you actually use it. love it because it WORKS. I use two HARDEST bands at the same time and have never shed a tear. I mainly use triceps and 20-pound dumbbells for my chest and biceps, and do crunches. Great power builder.

   There have been a lot of bad reviews about this item with a lot of them saying the strap broke right off the bat. I guess if you're really trying to stretch it but since I read the reviews before using it I would probably have been more careful using it. I haven't used it in a long time but can already see a difference in my underarm fat. So I'm happy with my purchase and will update if and when the straps break me but so far so good!
