I will say the instructions for sticking the mouth guard in boiling water should be amended, it usually floats and as a result the top level doesn't soften for your teeth and makes the whole guard not work initially. I would recommend put the spatula on top of the mouth guard for the (2) minutes so that it all can soften and have a good teeth mold come out of your first try.
