The support straps on this one make it so that way you have no pain no during or after the hike / day out . We had packed quiet a bit in the bag. The only inconvenience is that there is no latch or hook for the water bladder hose . There is the hole the hose comes out from but no where to hang or attach the hose outside of the bag. Overall very satisfied with the bag and if you're someone who likes to just take a day and go exploring then I'd recommend this bag.
