   After using the battery powered option for several weeks, I decided to hard wire it to my existing doorbell transformer. Installation is very easy. Just remove the 2 wires going to the doorbell switch and connect them to the camera base. Then attach the camera to the base and use the small screw to hold the camera to the base. Videos are HD and speaker is incredibly sensitive. Great video camera for the price. Customer service is responsive and will take care of any problems you may encounter. They will even provide help with installation. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

   The quality of the pictures and real time video are amazing! This is definitely one of the best investments I've ever invested in. The only take away for ME would be the sound quality. They can hear me loud and clear but it's kind of hard to hear them. It may be because they are not talking that loud too so I'm not 100% sure that falls back on the company. I would definitely buy this again though and recommend to all my friends 😍

   spent some time with the manufacturer troubleshooting and figured out that it was functioning properly, but due to my layout, a tree that I have in the sensor range, it is false alerting. I'll play with it some more to try and get it to work, but this is a great doorbell so I'm keeping it even if I can't get it to work exactly like I want it to. I really like the app and the clarity of the video is great. One of the best conveniences is that you can charge it through a covered micro USB port without removing it from the wall. The other one I had had to be removed and charged overnight. It was such a pain. This design is SO much better!

   My family loves this camera. The motion detection works with the night vision when you setup alerts. This is great because it automatically changes to night vision and you don't have to change the settings or anything to turn night vision on. Also the night vision is very clear to see. Motion detection is how I use my camera the most. I have long work hours and I order a lot of things while I'm at work. The motion detection allows me to see the time and condition that my deliveries arrive in real time. I also like that I can put in an SD card to save my footage.

   Very easy set up, all instructions are very clear. Picture quality is great, battery life at this point seems very good. My only concern would be that even on the lowest motion sensor setting, it is still picking up traffic on the street which is about 50 feet away and triggering an alarm response. Considering the value and the quality of the camera that is something I can live with. Highly recommended.

   I used to have a hardwired video doorbell produced by a well-known nationwide company. It worked well for a while but then started losing the connection to my Wi-Fi and I could never get it to reestablish the connection permanently. I finally dumped it and bought a simple battery operated doorbell with a plug-in ringer. It worked very well, but I missed having a video doorbell. I finally replaced it with this doorbell which operates perfectly in every respect! Its signal strength/connection to my Wi-Fi is strong, the camera gives me a clear view of who's at the door, and I don't have to have a subscription like I did with my previous video doorbell. Couldn't ask for a better product for the money!
