I have been wearing it since my purchase (15 days so back on), every night. so yes, my deformation being significant anyway, I have pain. there are some nights that are a bit difficult. BUT... since the first day of installation, I no longer have any pain in the day. regardless of my travels. I was able to wear wedges one evening. and oh joy, I can see it even if it's still very barely noticeable (you don't have to be too hasty either, the deformation does not happen in 1 day!) The straightening of my toe. I'm thrilled, and I'm continuing the fight!
