It is absolutely amazing. Incredibly simple to use. I used the sponge that came with it and it worked really well. Do not be discouraged if it takes a few minutes to start seeing results. It took me about 15 minutes of re-applying the solution to the sponge, buffing it in, re-applying & buffing again, over and over using that same round sponge. I did not find it messy; I did not use gloves, and the solution did not get on my hands. After about 15 minutes, when I was satisfied with the removal of the scratches, I used a larger dry yellow car sponge, (made of the same material as the one that's included), to do the finally buffing. I am so pleased. And relieved. Thank you so much

VERY SATISFIED!! I just recently bought a new truck which is larger than my previous truck was. Backing out of my garage I scrapped the side of my 2 week old truck leaving a couple scratches on my beautiful black paint. I immediately started looking for products to fix the scratches. I ordered this product the same day and just received it today. As soon as I got the package I went to the garage to hopefully fix my car. I cleaned the area with warm soapy water and dried it with a lint free towel and followed the instructions as written on the bottle, all the while praying it worked, especially since my husband was watching...at first I didn't notice any change and hubby told me to put some elbow grease in it (he was not helping at all) so I worked the product into the paint a little harder still following the circular motion and THE SCRATCHES DISSAPPEARED!! We were both pleasantly surprised by how quick the product worked and how easy it was to use. I got a "you did good babe" from the hubby and a high five for picking a good product, then he casually told me to put it somewhere I could get to it easily as he walked around the truck looking for more scratches. The product is called a "scratch remover"; however, it's more of a scratch hider. It hides small scratches by coloring them in. I imagine that over time, it will fade and I'll have to reapply it, but it's been a month and it looks as good as the day I put it on. As explained in the product description, it doesn't work on wide scratches--for that, you'll need touch-up paint. But this product is good to have because touch-up paint doesn't always work on really narrow scratches--at least the touch-up applicator I have doesn't do well because it's a pen-type applicator. It did a great job of "removing" the numerous small scratches on my car, mostly due to parking lot scuffs and scrapes/bumps from car doors.

This product works absolutely as intended. Lots of user error on these "doesn't work" reviews. First off, this product DOES NOT REMOVE scratches, deep dents, pole swipes or take out dings because it's not made for that. It TEMPORARIILTY FILLS IN LIGHT SCRATCHES. That's it. I hate to break it to you, but that's not how life works - you get what you pay for. Again, this product temporarily fills light surface level scratches in. If you use this product as directed, i.e., pour a penny size blob on the sponge and rub it in a circular patter and repeat a few times, it fills in the scratches. Then you need to buff up with a microfiber cloth, and will it polish. Again, this product does not REMOVE light scratches. Nothing but a new paint job or repairs at a body shop will remove scratches/dents/deep scuffs, etc., It temporarily fills in the scratches and hides them until the product wares off. Then you have to do it again. Sheesh it's like explaining why the sky is blue to a child.

This product is super cool. As they note, it's not magic but wow, what an easy way to make significant surface scratches go away. We had a vandal write on our passenger door. I washed it, applied the product per the directions 3 times (took about 15 minutes) and the results are shown. Yes, if you know what to look for, you can still find them by looking very closely. But casual or even close up views show nothing noticable. I asked my 16 year old to take a look and he had to get about 6 inches from the door at an angle before he notices the traces. Really a great product for this kind of scratch. I coated with a ceramic afterward so we'll see how durable the two things are.
