I had one that was refurbished prior to this one and it suffered from the left clicker being pressed so much it was kind of stuck that way, so that's likely to be your first point of failure. Battery life isn't great but it only takes 1 AA. I would recommend buying a rechargeable set of AA batteries along with the mouse.

The only complaint I have so far is the middle mouse button is a little more difficult to press than you would expect, due to it triggering the left or right scroll instead.
