   I have pretty severe sleep apnea. I have tried using my CPAP multiple times, but even after a month of continued use I can't get used to air being forced into me. I wake up choking. I've tried those ridiculous mouth inserts. I have tried the nasal strips. I have tried the nostril inserts. Nothing works. I ordered this not really expecting it to work. I have a beard, so I had to trim a little to give the pad a good place to stick, but my beard looks no different. I downloaded the app and connected the device to my phone. I tried it out and jumped as the device buzzed me. I immediately turned the level down to the lowest setting. The first night I was wondering if the thing was even working, but eventually I started to fall asleep and felt a tingle that woke me up. After a few buzzes I got used to the feeling so that I could sleep through it. Now I've been using it for 5 days and I'm cautiously optimistic. My wife says I'm not snoring. I feel rested.    I bought the product a few days ago, my wife is already very happy about the result. Like everybody who snores, I don't know when I snore, but my wife knows every bit of it and it has been painful to her. The device is small and feel high tech. I used it for a few nights now and it took me two nights to get used to it. The device not only helps on snores but also improve the sleep quality, I was able to understand my quality of sleep, sleep data, and any variation trends.    Had some doubts when I bought this but my husband had really severe snoring problem that he always woke up at night, and both of us are troubled by this. We consulted his doctor and then we bought this device. And it really worked very well, better than we expected! We don’t know how it worked, but it does very effectively. This is high quality made, and doesn’t cause any discomfort when he sleeps. The price is a little high, but it saved our life!!    My husband and I were trying to find an alternative to the disposable nasal strips. I came across this item. It does take some getting used to. The first minute of putting it in your nose it is mildly noticeable, but as you wear it after that first minute, you hardly notice it anymore. Then you’re asleep and you don’t notice it at all. We found that our breathing is easier and snoring has definitely decreased with the help of this aid. I recommend it for anybody who needs help breathing at night while wanting to help save the environment by not buying disposable items.

He has used it for approximately 2- 2 1/2 weeks with some soreness the last few days. On the nights he wears it the snoring is less noticeable if any at all. The material is very soft and light and easy to rinse of. It has only fallen off one time. The carrying cases supplied are excellent in protecting and storing the device when not in use. Overall I'm very pleased and my husband is sweet to try this out so I can finally get some sleep. It's certainly worth a try if you are trying to reduce or eliminate snoring.

I say "almost" because i usually end up removing it in my sleep and finding it in the bed with my in the morning.
