Sometimes it falls down, which is really annoying, so you have to make sure you have it on properly and try not to move your head too much. I'm excited to see the results and see if it really works. I feel like my face and chin area is firmer after wearing it but I think it's something that needs to be worn daily to be the most effective. It's comfortable and I don't mind giving it a go. Also, it's a good deterent for snacking haha. Wearing this thing helps me avoid unnecessary munchies during the day.

   I bought this because I have a small double chin. It's easy to put on and pretty comfortable. My hair sometimes gets caught in the velcro so I try and pay my hair down with a little water. I usually wear it for an hour at night. Since I started wearing it, I can already tell a difference in the size of my double chin, it does look smaller. I'm going to keep using it and hope eventually it get rid of my double chin completely!
