   I ordered a few of these (tan and black) over a year ago and have rotated them almost daily! I was an 18/20 and lost a little weight. I wanted something to suck in and smooth my upper body and though it feels REALLY tight when you first put it on (after putting it over your head, you kind of have to hold it at the arm holes and roll it down) it WORKS PERFECTLY! It smooths out my back, sides, and stomach enough to not make me so self conscious and it does not ride up like some shapewear does. It is also long, which I need because I have a long torso. If you're trying to decide between this and the more expensive ones, I took a chance and couldn't be more pleased with this this brand. Highly recommended!!!

   I loved the first one so much, I bought in another color. Remember you must put it on by pulling it up from your feet. It compresses the midsection nicely without too much pressure on the girls. For reference, I'm 38dd, 5'5 and 142 lbs. I got the med I think but it also says large, so I think its large in Asia and med in US. Both are printed inside. For my bust size, part of my bra shows at the top over the tank so i have to wear it under a higher neckline. My usual way to wear it is under a close fitting zip up hoodie. The tank shows on the bottom a couple inches. It helps to firm the tummy and nips in the waist. I imagine it won't fit every body type well. Works for me but would like more room in the bust.

It is undetectable under clothing (especially in the ‘nude' shades) and smooths out any “imperfections”. If you feel like your back has a slight bulge from your bra, this tank will smooth it out. A little muffin top? No problem!    I had ordered these from Kohls and they were great after tummy tuck. I bought two more from Amazon as they were significantly cheaper and would be delivered the following day. They are a tad tighter than my original Kohls ones, but I think as you wear them and wash them they do stretch out just a little. I ordered a M (5'7" at 148...but losing). I love how long they are, and with wearing them over cotton underwear I believe the cotton panties help with preventing the cami from riding up. I intend to order more. I wash and line dry to preserve the integrity of the stretch.

   I can see some of the concern about it riding up that some have mentioned. I don't know how sure I would be about it staying down if wore as a cami outside of your pants. However, I wear it tucked into high waist pants because of my torso being so long, and I had no issues with it riding up. It's in the basket to be washed now, so I'll update review if it becomes an issue after following laundering. Quality of material is wonderful, though, and it even adds a nice subtle lift for my DDD chest without the appearance of a wild push-up bra.

   Great buy omg just what I was hopping for I feel so great in it I have big shoulders and I recently has arm lipo and this garment is terrific, it is gently to your skin I have the one that the doctor give me and it drilled my armpits and elbow front so whet I did is I wear it under just for extra extra support I love it and it is not detected under clothes love it will buy another one I got a medium and even thought it looks small it is perfect because it atreaches beautifully will get a small next time since the swollen will go down I would figure it will need to be smaller. Great product I recommend it to anyone who's had surgery or who wants slimmer arms!!

   After having breast surgery I get slight lymphodema behind my underarm; so the compression sleeve and vest the doctor offered me would trap the swelling between the two :/ . I didn't like that idea so I ordered the Leonisa upper arm shaper hoping it would compress this tricky area. I've been very impressed. It fits snug (like a compression garment should) without being tight. I am a smaller/average framed person at 5'7 and 120lbs so I tried a small. The sleeves do roll up a bit like others have mentioned. I also have a compression sleeve that can be worn over the shaper with my PTs blessing should I ever go on a flight.
