   As others have said, I can't believe I waited this long to get one of these! It works amazingly well. I still can't believe that when I use it it is so dead on accurate. Toilet paper is now used only to dry off. I am 100% clean each and every time. Now when I need to use the restroom away from my home I feel dirty until I can take a shower. These things should come standard issue on all American toilets.

   This is my 3rd bidet from this manufacturer. The first on I had for 3 years, and left behind in the old house, still working. The 2nd one I installed in our upstairs bathroom, and it has been our main pooping bathroom for 3 years now. As we have many friends who also like to use bidets, we installed this on in our guest bathroom. It took me 10 minutes to install with my 1 year old's help (or attempt), and works beautifully. This one is cold water only, so I'm sure it will outlast my already 3 year old bidet from the same manufacturer that also has a hot water line hooked up.

   I am in my 60's and disabled so it was not quite as easy to install as others, mostly because I can't get down on the floor. Saying that, I did get it installed. I think a lot of the issues were more to do with my extremely stiff hose on the water inlet. The hair dryer and I eventually prevailed. And, hopefully it won't leak any longer. Great product though...having a septic tank we are extremely concerned about paper clogging it all up so this is great. I thought about having an entire bidet installed but if this works like it is now, I will have saved a LOT of money, lol. Thank you.

   I had this in my old house and left it for roommates when I moved out. I immediately purchased another one for my next home, and when I moved into a place with two bathrooms I got another. I've owned three of these and I love them! They're pretty easy to install, the only hiccups I've had is with older plumbing where the connection to the tank leaked a bit, but a little plumber's tape (included) helped solve that. This model doesn't include hot water, but it's still a great product without that feature. Easy to install, easy to use, and the connection points under the seat lid make it easy to take apart and clean.

   I am so happy with this purchase! I thought the lack of warm water might be an issue, but it isn't. Spray can be harsh, but you just need to barely lift up on the handle. Love the two jets that allow front and back cleaning. It ended up in our spare bathroom because it wasn't compatible with the toilet seat in our main bathroom. But I'd you just have a normal mounted seat, this will work for you with no problem.

Oh, and one time the jet was not descending so i turned it off, got up and looked into the bowl as i pulled the lever up. Squirt! Right in my face and eye! I should have had my hand out to block it in case it worked. Glad it was clean water! It has not malfunctioned since. And, my wife doesn't like it- too strong- even on woman setting.

   Bought one of these for my mother a few years ago. I noticed several improvements that I want to mention. It now ships with both metal and plastic T couplings. I still used the plastic one, and it's fine. But it is nice to have the option. The hose to the bidet itself now ships with a dual-size winged socket. Slide it to one end and it fits over the nut so you can tighten it down without a wrench. Slide it to the end and it slips over that nut as well. I don't mind using a crescent wrench, but it's nice not to have to. Who knows what internal improvements were made as well? The point is, the manufacturer is continually improving their product. I like that.
