We've bought and installed two models of the Luxe bidets for our bathrooms, the Neo 320 and 180 models. We bought the 320 first but didn't bother hooking up the hot water feature since we live in Hawaii and our water is catchment and never gets too cold. We then purchased the 180, which is basically the same model without the hot water option. You may consider the 320 if you live in an area with cold winters but just realize that, just like the hot water in the sink, it needs to run a while before becoming hot. Both models work very well, were relatively easy to install and aren't obtrusive. We highly recommend these if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on more advanced units which use electrical hookups. You'll love the Luxe bidets.

Like many of you may be, I was on the fence about getting this as I did not like the thought of water being shot up my derriere. It wasn't until I went to go visit my dad for a week that I found out how great this product is! He has a bidet and for the first few days I used paper but I finally gave in and while the feeling is a little surprising at first, it leaves you with a very clean feeling as if you never did the deed in the first place. You know the feeling sometimes when you just use paper it can leave you uncomfortable and like you need to go back and wipe again. With this no such thing occurs! Like many other reviewers have said it is hard to go back to just paper when you are away from your house after using the bidet. You also will save money on paper as you only need it to dry yourself. The water pressure is fine and I went with the cold only option since I did not want to run a hot water line, but you hardly notice the cold water as you only run it for about five seconds. Also installation was super easy, just watch the above video in the product description. Put your preconceptions aside and get this! You won't regret it.

The fittings, hoses and tools provided look like they will allow a successful installation on most all models of toilets. I think the average homeowner can successfully install this bidet between 20 minutes and an hour at most. It seems like they have their act together as a company. I will admit that we have not used the product for very long but so far it works well and it is not doubt a great value for the money. I plan to buy another for our upstairs bathroom if things work out well this next month. I will update the review if I find a problem.

I would give this product 100 stars if I could. I had toyed with the idea of installing one for a couple years now, but could never muster the courage to pull the trigger. I have mild Crohn's disease, probably aggravated by heavy coffee and beer consumption, so I typically require a lot of wiping. Never fun. But once Coronavirus appeared and the lemmings tore through the grocery stores to hoard years worth of TP, that was the final straw for me. Fortunately I was able to snag one of these bidets before they got back-ordered. I've had mine installed for almost a month now, and I LOVE IT! How could I have gone my entire life without one!?!? I don't understand why these things are not just a part of our standard culture, anyone who does not have HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE MISSING! It just works! It just makes more sense! It makes me so CLEAN! I have one roll of TP in the basement, that I use each time, just a few sheets, to dry off -- that's it, so I'm still on the same roll from a month ago, and it has barely shrunk! My only regret is that my wife won't let me install one in the main bathroom, so I have to go down to the basement and make sure to wear slippers because the floor is cold. But that's OK, it's MY bidet, it's MY toilet, it's MY space! Get one -- you won't regret it! Oh, and the temp issue, I thought that was going to be problem, but I'm glad that I didn't pay extra for the warm water model, and go through the hassle of installing a 2nd line for hot water. No need. The cold water is not cold when it hits, no worries.

Just one note - previous packaging used to include a braided pipe to replace the water supply line to the toilet, but is now not included. I had noticed earlier reviews saying it was included, so I called Luxe and learned about the change. They were kind enough to send me one. You only need this if you have a solid copper/metal pipe from the wall to the bottom of the toilet (the water supply line).

this thing is legit. you will never go back to TP after you try this. It's not only cleaner and better for your plumbing and the environment it gives you a nice cooling sensation after you are done. super easy install if you are halfway competent its 10 min or less and you are good to go. don't worry about the non adjustable temp the tap temperature is fine its quite refreshing actually plus you don't have to run a hot water line. the handle adjusts the pressure so just pull it very sightly to start so you can get used to the pressure when i first tried it i pulled it up all the way and went right to 3rd base and needed a cigarette after. the dual nozzle is nice for men and women if you turn the knob 3/4 of the way to the female setting both nozzles will spray which is nice if its an extra messy job. also the woman setting is nice just to give your boys a quick refresh. only thing you would ever need TP for is to dry off you can just sit there and air dry some people use a towel even. keep some tp handy until you get used to it as it might take a bit of practice to get everything. Do yourself and your BH a favor and buy this you deserve it. Cheers!
